This is the guide I wish I had as a new mama

As a new mama, I was completely blindsided by postpartum. I spent my entire pregnancy researching car seats, watching endless episodes of one born every minute and picking the perfect nursery decor, but I gave very little thought to what would happen once the baby was here or the profound ways that I would be transformed through motherhood. 

I was knocked for six by the realities of a new baby, and a new identity as a mama. Over the last four years working in the motherhood and postnatal space, I have gathered resources. 

I've created the postpartum support plan as a comprehensive, holistic guide to supporting your journey into motherhood - it's everything I wish someone had told me or prepared me with. 

I truly believe that information is power, and through this guide you'll be empowered to have a supported and peaceful postpartum.
