In alignment 2020 I will be taking you through a journey of self discovery, so you can get really clear about what your values are, what makes you happy and what gives you meaning, so you can start making conscious steps to create a life that is in alignment with your highest values.
A 4 week course to get aligned with your highest self
Begin 2020 with a clear understanding of who you are, whats important to you and how to make it happen. Starts 18th November, with early bird pricing available for a limited time only.
MODULE ONE - MINDSET + SETTING UP FOR SUCCESS
In this module I give you a simple process to start changing your mindset - this module alone is game changing and will have an immediate impact on the way you think and feel.
- Implement practices to support your personal development journey
- Learn how to identify + stop thoughts and stories that aren’t serving you
- Drop the guilt + start believing that you’re worthy of living a life that feels good
- Create meaningful rituals to support your wellbeing
MODULE TWO - VALUES
If you want to live a life with meaning, if you want to know what your purpose is - you must deeply understand your values and what is most important to you. In this module I take you on a journey of self discovery where you’ll uncover what is most important to you.
- Understanding what values are and how they impact our life
- Identify your own deepest values across all areas of your life
- Identifying where we’re living out of alignment with our own values and absorbing social norms or other people's values
MODULE THREE - CREATING GOALS + VISIONS FOR THE FUTURE
In this module we walk through a process of creating goals that align with your deepest values.
- Taking steps to realise your values through the achievement of meaningful goals
- Set meaningful and realistic goals that align with your highest values
- Get my secret tips on how to supercharge your goals (without burning out)
MODULE FOUR - EMBODIMENT + BECOMING FUTURE YOU
In this module we talk about how to live in alignment with your values, release past stories that have held us back and start manifesting and creating the life we crave.
- Getting clear about what has been holding you back
- Releasing past stories, opinions and actions
- Getting in touch with your intuition
- Creating meaningful practices to support daily alignment
- How to manifest + create a vision board

Alignment 2020 is designed with busy mums in mind. All of the training is simple, practical and time efficient. When you enrol in Alignment 2020 you will receive:

Through motherhood we experience a death and rebirth, which sounds as intense as it feels when you’re in it. I truly believe that this experience is a gift, and an opportunity to begin a journey of self discovery and realign our lives to the true essence of who we are. Under the layers of conditioning, social expectations and masks we wear to protect ourselves from being seen.

Frequently Asked Questions
The course runs for four weeks, with a new module being delivered each week. The community will be there to support you until 28th February 2020 and you'll have lifetime access to the written and recorded material. This means if something comes up and you miss a week, you'll be able to catch up in your own time, and you'll be able to refer back to the information whenever you need.
